    Digital Dictation is cost effective for many companies, with real savings in time and costs as well as freeing up companies to operate more effectively. By using a handheld digital dictaphone or mobile phone with an appropriate App you dictate your wording. E-mail your DSS Pro, DSS, WAV, WMA or MP3 audio files to us as an attachment. Using specialist software, these files are played back and transcribed manually into standard Word documents.


    Scan and e-mail, fax or post/deliver to us your hand-written draft and we will copy-type into a completed Word document. We handle anything from business meeting notes, letters, manuscripts or business plans - in fact any document you want formatting into a computer document.


    In conjunction with both of the above or as separate documents, we can generate Excel spreadsheets for any purpose. From account management documents, charts & graphs to cost-flow documents.


    Day to day data-input, book-keeping and financial management is essential for business health. We take the daily strain out of balancing activities and accounts and provide you with a solid platform for your Accountants. We work with Sage 50 & Xero.


    If you have staff, then running a recognised HMRC Payroll is essential to keep within the law. We run weekly, monthly or annual payroll, present to HMRC and issue payslips, for all staff from casual employees to Company Directors.


    The Pensions Act 2008 introduced new rules for workplace pensions in the UK. Every employer must give their workers the opportunity to join a workplace pension scheme that meets certain standards. In conjunction with NEST, we will maintain your workplace pensions.


    In conjunction with the book-keeping functions, we will administer your VAT and/or ECSL submissions.


    Powerpoint is a wonderful tool and can be used very professionally when applied correctly. A good Powerpoint presentation can be stunning and can look highly professional when printed to pdf and attached to a website or email.


    Visio is one of Microsoft's hidden secrets. A very powerful 2D drawing package, it can be used to create anything from bubble-charts to full architectural or engineering drawings. It is also compatible with AutoCAD and has many presentation options to make a professional set of information drawings.


    Adobe's Photoshop is the most powerful and widely recognised graphic package available today. The new CS range includes many features to enable stunning graphics for business identity or website presence. We use Photoshop for most of our website graphics, saved most commonly to either psd, jpg, gif or png images.


    We will tailor a website to your technical and visual needs. From a basic four page static site with graphics to a multi-page dynamic java site, we can provide a website to suit, hosted, maintained and updated by ourselves.


    To provide continuous harmony and to allow continuous site maintenance, we offer our own hosted services for websites. Including e-mail re-directions, we can provide a seamless internet presence.


    All of our websites are HTML created as we don't use software packages. We can therefore provide HTML coding assistance to existing website problems or up-grades.

    At-Sec, @Secretarial and At-Secretarial are trade names for Legend Aspect Limited and Elena Corlett.


    For the first three months, New Customers will be invoiced on a weekly basis with payment by return, and no further work will be undertaken in the absence of payment. After three months, invoices will be issued monthly with payment due strictly within 15 days of invoicing.

    All work undertaken is billed in increments of 15 minutes with a minimum charge of 15 minutes for any one assignment.

    On assignments where the anticipated time to complete the work is greater than 5 hours, a 50% deposit will be confirmed between At-Sec and the Customer (at At-Sec's discretion), with payment being received by At-Sec, before any work is begun.

    Payment is only accepted via Direct Bank Transfer of BACS.

    Our service charges are as listed under “Fees and Prices”. Discounts may be offered/negotiated for large work projects.

    We accept e-mail sound file attachments in the form of DSS, WAV, WMA, and MP3 audio files. We have Microsoft Security Essentials virus checks operating at all times. Should our system of virus checking indicate a problem with anything sent to us, we will NOT open the file and will therefore NOT be able to complete the required work. We will notify you should this occur.

    All work we send out via e-mail attachment will be virus checked but we cannot guarantee total security in this respect. It is therefore expected that you will have your own virus checking process which will serve to keep this eventuality to a minimum. We will not be held responsible for any virus sent to you from our system and we will not be held liable for any detrimental effect to your IT system or business whatsoever.

    The aim at At-Sec is to return all routine daily typing work within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours giving a true virtual secretarial service operating in real time.

    We are here to assist you in your day-to-day business. We have tried very hard to make this process as easy and as time effective as possible. We understand the rigors of daily administration and are here to take the strain.

    I am experienced in all aspects of computer software and can offer Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio services as well as website creation, including Photoshop graphics and HTML coding. I have a proven background in company accounts and book-keeping, including payroll, pensions and VAT and currently look after a number of companies. I am experienced in Sage 50, Xero and NEST.
